Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Property Engineering And Risk Assessment.
Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Construction Materials, And Risk Assessment Techniques.
Proficient In Using Risk Management Software And Tools.
