As a Paralegal Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal department by assisting with investment-related legal matters.   1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in investment-related matters.
  2. Prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
  3. Coordinate and maintain legal files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Assist attorneys with case preparation and management, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
  6. Review and analyze investment contracts and agreements, identifying potential legal issues and providing recommendations.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of investment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  8. Assist in the preparation and organization of legal presentations, meetings, and conferences.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and compliance, to ensure legal requirements are met.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
  13. Attend and participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
  14. Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the legal team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investments Or Financial Services Industry

  • Knowledge Of Securities Laws And Regulations, Including Sec And Finra Rules

  • Strong Analytical And Research Skills, With Attention To Detail

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.
