- Develop and implement Nationwide's brand strategy across all channels and platforms to drive growth and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute the brand strategy and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company's brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for the enterprise brand strategy and activation.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the brand strategy.
- Foster relationships with external partners and agencies to support brand initiatives.
- Represent Nationwide at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and build partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in all marketing efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nationwide and promote the company's values and mission.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience and journey to align with the brand strategy.
- Act as a key member of the marketing leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Brand Strategy, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Enterprise-Level Marketing Campaigns.
Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Market Trends And Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Drive Collaboration Across Teams.
