- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the trial attorneys, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively, while adhering to company guidelines and legal standards.
- Serve as a mentor to junior attorneys, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Negotiate and settle cases as needed, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, outside counsel, and internal departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage and monitor the trial budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Represent the company in court and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Keep accurate and timely records of case status and developments.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistent and effective legal representation for the company.

Extensive Legal Experience: A Managing Trial Attorney Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Litigation And Trial Work. This Should Include Experience In A Variety Of Areas Such As Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, And Commercial Litigation.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Managing Trial Attorney, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Attorneys And Support Staff. Therefore, They Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions.
