Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, So Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Rapport With Customers Are Essential. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Explain Complex Retirement Concepts In A Clear And Easy-To-Understand Manner.
