At Nationwide Mutual Insurance, we are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Audit Technology Consultant to join our team as an AuditBoard Administrator. This role will be responsible for utilizing the AuditBoard platform to optimize our internal audit processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in internal audit and technology, who is passionate about streamlining processes and driving organizational efficiency.   1. Utilize the AuditBoard platform to optimize internal audit processes and procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technology solutions to streamline processes.
  4. Conduct regular audits of the AuditBoard platform to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in internal audit technology.
  6. Train and support internal audit teams on the use of the AuditBoard platform.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the AuditBoard platform.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation on internal audit processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to internal audit technology.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the AuditBoard platform with other systems and tools.
  12. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of internal audit technology.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit Technology, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Audit Technology Tools, Such As Auditboard, Teammate, Or Acl.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Crisc.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
