- Monitor and track financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And/Or Operations Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Financial Data.
Proficiency With Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And/Or Sql.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders Across The Organization.
