  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Manage communication and correspondence for the executive team, including screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls.
  4. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  5. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  6. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, to create documents, reports, and presentations.
  9. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling new tasks.
  10. Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times, representing the executive team and the company in a positive and professional manner.
  11. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within A Corporate Or Insurance Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Employees, Clients, And Vendors.
