Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to join the Nationwide Mutual Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in data-driven initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments. The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing data models to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful insights for our stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported.The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, and proficiency in data management and analytics software. Knowledge of database programming languages, such as SQL and R, is also highly preferred. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
