- Develop and implement quality control measures for commercial lines products and services
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct thorough evaluations and audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to all team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance in the commercial lines insurance industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lines Insurance, With A Focus On Quality Assurance
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Consult With Various Stakeholders, Including Underwriters, Agents, And Customers.
