  • Develop and implement quality control measures for commercial lines products and services
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Communicate quality standards and expectations to all team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance in the commercial lines insurance industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lines Insurance, With A Focus On Quality Assurance

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Consult With Various Stakeholders, Including Underwriters, Agents, And Customers.
