  1. Conduct thorough assessments of our technology systems to identify potential cyber risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate cyber risks and ensure the security of our technology systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in cyber risk management to continuously improve our protocols and processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment and adherence to cyber risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular training and educational sessions to increase awareness and understanding of cyber risks among employees.
  6. Monitor and analyze cyber threats and incidents, and take immediate action to contain and mitigate any potential damage.
  7. Work closely with our insurance team to understand and assess cyber risks for insurance purposes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of our technology systems.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cyber risk management processes and procedures.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management on cyber risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
  11. Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our cyber risk management capabilities.
  12. Stay informed of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to cyber risk management.
  13. Participate in and lead special projects related to cyber risk management as needed.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on cyber risks to various stakeholders within the organization.
  15. Continuously assess and improve our cyber risk management program to ensure the highest level of protection for our company and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Risk Management.

  • Professional Certification In Cybersecurity, Such As Cissp, Cisa, Or Crisc.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With Experience In Providing Risk Assessments And Recommendations To Senior Management.
