Compliance Officer

5. Lead the internal audit process to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
6. Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues in a timely manner.
7. Provide training and guidance to staff in order to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
9. Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
10. Liaise with external legal and regulatory advisors when required.
