- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Present and promote Nationwide Mutual Insurance's products and services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of insurance policies and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Nationwide Mutual Insurance's products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales and handle objections.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and client interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of insurance industry.
- Represent Nationwide Mutual Insurance in a professional and positive manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance policies, regulations, and laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Insurance Sales, Preferably In A National Or Regional Sales Role.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Commercial Insurance Products And Industry Trends, Including Property, Casualty, And Liability Coverage.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field, And Relevant Insurance Designations Such As Cic Or Cpcu.
