  1. Manage and resolve complex commercial insurance claims for the Management Specialty Lines department.
  2. Utilize strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team and ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  3. Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage to determine the appropriate course of action for each claim.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple claims simultaneously.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including adjusters, attorneys, and other insurance professionals.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address potential issues or concerns in the claims process.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  10. Conduct thorough investigations and gather necessary information to accurately evaluate claims.
  11. Prepare and present reports on claim trends and developments to management.
  12. Train and mentor other team members to ensure consistently high-quality work.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, at all times.
  14. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  15. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development within the insurance industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Complex Claims In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Management Specialty Lines Such As Directors And Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Or Professional Liability.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Legal Principles Related To Management Specialty Lines.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Resolving High-Value And Complex Claims, Including Litigation And Settlement Negotiations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult And Sensitive Situations With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Stakeholders.
