Claims Examiner

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their claims are being handled in a timely manner.
6. Maintain accurate and complete records of claims.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8. Keep up to date with changes in the claims process and industry standards.
9. Provide excellent customer service while resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
10. Work effectively with current technology and software.
