Claims Examiner

The Claims Examiner will review insurance claims to determine coverage and ensure accuracy of our claims processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team and make an impact on our customers’ experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of professional claims handling experience, and a valid driver’s license. You must also be a self-starter with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Review insurance claims to determine coverage and accuracy of claims processes.
2. Maintain accurate records of all claims.
3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims.
4. Investigate and resolve complex claims issues.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve claims.
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
8. Develop and implement strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency of claims processes.
9. Monitor and analyze trends in claims and make recommendations to management.
10. Keep abreast of changes in the insurance industry and adjust practices accordingly.
