Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external partners, as well as handle other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a commitment to integrity. • Handle the day-to-day operations of the claims process, making sure that all claims are settled quickly and efficiently. • Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and all claims are handled in accordance with policies and procedures. • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external partners. • Remain up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and procedures. • Investigate claims and take action to resolve them. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documents. • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the claims process. • Analyze claims data and review trends to identify areas of improvement. • Monitor claims to ensure they are being resolved in a timely manner. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the claims process. • Handle other duties as assigned.
