1. Manage claims from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service to policyholders.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot claims and customer inquiries.
4. Negotiate settlements with customers and other parties.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Remain up to date with industry trends and developments.
10. Assist with training and development of junior staff.
