Claims Adjuster

Responsibilities for Claims Adjuster:

1. Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine validity and extent of coverage.
2. Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties of interest to obtain relevant information.
3. Analyze claim data and make determinations of coverage based on policy language and applicable laws.
4. Negotiate settlements with claimants to reach agreement on claim payments.
5. Prepare and present reports regarding claims investigation and settlement.
6. Monitor the progress of claims and take action to ensure timely resolution.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims activities.
8. Provide excellent customer service to clients, claimants, and other colleagues.
9. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
10. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
