Claims Adjuster

At Nationwide Mutual Insurance, we are looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people in their time of need and is comfortable working independently and managing their own caseload.The ideal candidate will have experience working in the insurance industry and have a thorough understanding of the claims process, including the ability to investigate, analyze, and evaluate insurance claims. In addition, the Claims Adjuster should be able to demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills in order to resolve claims in a timely manner.If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: -Investigate, analyze, and evaluate insurance claims in a timely manner -Communicate with clients to discuss claim details and negotiate settlements -Manage own caseload, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines -Provide accurate and timely decisions on claims -Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends -Maintain records of claims-related activities and decisions -Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations -Provide excellent customer service to clients
