Claims Adjuster

The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing customer claims, negotiating settlements, and providing customer service in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of experience in claims adjustment, and a valid state insurance license. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer claims and settlements
7. Provide regular updates on claim status to customers and other stakeholders
8. Develop strategies to improve customer experience and claims process
9. Liaise with other departments, such as legal and accounting, regarding customer claims
10. Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and policies.
