4. Manage employee enrollment and termination processes.
5. Maintain accurate records of employee benefit plans and changes.
6. Work with vendors to ensure proper delivery of benefits.
7. Track and evaluate benefit program effectiveness.
8. Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely benefit administration.
10. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and management.
