Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers with their benefits • Explain complex benefit programs in an easy-to-understand manner • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely benefits information • Stay up-to-date on health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance products • Utilize problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills when addressing customer needs • Manage customer benefits paperwork and ensure accuracy of information • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with benefits services • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and benefits providers • Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs
