We are currently seeking a highly motivated Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive benefits support to all Nationwide Mutual Insurance employees, ensuring that all benefit plans are administered in accordance with company policies and procedures. As the Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate benefit information to employees and managers, ensuring that all benefit programs are maintained, and responding to employee inquiries. Qualifications for the Benefits Specialist include:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field• Five years of experience in benefits administration• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Ability to accurately interpret and explain complex benefits concepts• Knowledge of employee benefit regulations and compliance• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities for Benefits Specialist:
