Responsibilities: • Responsible for administering employee benefit plans in accordance with company policies and procedures • Assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of new employee benefits programs • Prepare and distribute benefit plan summaries and communications to employees • Maintain employee records and update employee benefits information • Analyze benefit plan utilization and costs • Prepare and deliver benefit presentations to employees • Respond to benefit inquiries from employees • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations • Monitor employee benefit trends and recommend plan changes as needed • Assist with the development of cost-effective benefit strategies • Research and recommend new benefit vendors and programs
