This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) plans, and other employee benefits.
- Interpret and explain complex employee benefits information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Develop strategies to reduce benefits costs.
- Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs to ensure that they are comprehensive and cost-effective.
- Monitor benefits trends and make recommendations as needed.
- Facilitate enrollment and answer questions from employees and their families about benefits.
- Resolve employee benefit issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports and analysis of employee benefits programs.
- Track, reconcile, and audit employee benefits invoices.
