Responsibilities:

1. Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) plans, and other employee benefits.
2. Interpret and explain complex employee benefits information in an easy-to-understand manner.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations.
4. Develop strategies to reduce benefits costs.
5. Analyze and evaluate current benefits programs to ensure that they are comprehensive and cost-effective.
6. Monitor benefits trends and make recommendations as needed.
7. Facilitate enrollment and answer questions from employees and their families about benefits.
8. Resolve employee benefit issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Prepare reports and analysis of employee benefits programs.
10. Track, reconcile, and audit employee benefits invoices.
