Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive employee benefits plans in accordance with current industry trends and regulations.
2. Maintain knowledge of employee benefit laws, regulations, and best practices.
3. Develop and present benefits information to employees, stakeholders, and other interested parties.
4. Monitor and analyze benefit costs and trends to ensure that the company is receiving the most competitive rates.
5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
6. Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the benefits program.
7. Manage day-to-day benefit operations, such as enrollment, changes, claims, and terminations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that employee benefits are properly administered.
9. Monitor and audit benefit plans to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Generate accurate and timely reports on benefit plans and associated costs.
