Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of employee benefit programs and industry regulations.
2. Develop and administer employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other applicable programs.
3. Monitor employee benefit programs for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Analyze and report on employee benefit plans to identify areas of improvement.
5. Assist in the design and implementation of new employee benefit programs.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
7. Provide excellent customer service to employees by answering questions and resolving benefit-related issues.
8. Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on benefit programs.
9. Prepare and submit reports related to employee benefits.
10. Develop and maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
