We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Counsel to join our team at Nationwide Realty Investors. As an Associate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic legal team, providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate transactions and projects. We are looking for someone with a strong background in real estate law and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services.   1. Provide legal advice and support to the company and its clients on a variety of real estate transactions and projects.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate law and regulations.
  3. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other real estate agreements.
  4. Negotiate and finalize real estate deals on behalf of the company.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and accuracy in legal advice and documentation.
  7. Communicate and work closely with clients and other stakeholders to address any legal concerns and provide guidance.
  8. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and proactively advise the company on potential impacts.
  9. Handle any legal disputes or issues related to real estate transactions.
  10. Participate in meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate other team members and employees on real estate laws and regulations.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and transactions.
  12. Represent the company in legal proceedings, as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the legal services provided by the company.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Admission To Practice Law In At Least One State, Preferably Ohio

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Transactions, Including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing, And Financing

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment
