As the Apartment Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our apartment communities, ensuring that our residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.   1. Oversee all aspects of multiple apartment communities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  2. Manage and coordinate all leasing activities, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  5. Create and manage budgets, ensuring expenses are within company guidelines.
  6. Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
  7. Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff, providing coaching and support as needed.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair work.
  10. Stay updated on market trends and competition to make strategic decisions for the properties.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports, including financials, occupancy rates, and maintenance logs.
  12. Respond to and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall resident experience.
  15. Represent the company at community events and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In The Multifamily Housing Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Property Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Tenants, Vendors, And Staff.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Control.
