  1. Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of multiple apartment complexes.
  2. Ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and amenities.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  5. Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders to ensure timely completion.
  6. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety or maintenance issues.
  7. Maintain and manage budgets for maintenance operations and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and management, to ensure a high level of customer service for residents.
  9. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed.
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  11. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors to address any maintenance concerns or issues.
  12. Keep updated records and documentation of maintenance activities and expenses.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement new strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Adhere to and promote a safe working environment for all maintenance staff.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities maintenance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance, Preferably In An Apartment Or Multi-Family Housing Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And General Repairs.

  • Prior Supervisory Experience, Including Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Coordinating Work Schedules.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Tenants, Vendors, And Other Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing And Enforcing Them In A Facilities Maintenance Setting.
