- Conduct thorough analysis of surety claims to determine their validity and potential impact on the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather all necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
- Utilize company systems and tools to accurately record and track claim data.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in claims processes.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their claims and address any concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claims process.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of claims policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to surety claims.
- Identify and escalate any potential fraudulent claims to the appropriate department.
- Document all claim activities and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide support to the team by assisting with special projects and tasks as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Processing Or Support Within The Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of Surety Bond Products And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
