Job Description

At Nationwide Mutual Insurance, we are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Actuary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and respected organization that values its employees, customers, and its commitment to providing the best insurance products and services.The Actuary will be responsible for developing and maintaining actuarial models, performing valuation and pricing of life and health insurance products, and providing technical assistance in product design and pricing. The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, an in-depth knowledge of actuarial techniques, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, the Actuary must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial work.
