
Actuarial Analyst
At Nationwide Mutual Insurance, we are looking for an Actuarial Analyst who is passionate about data analysis and predictive modeling to join our team. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will be required to analyze and interpret extensive data and develop sophisticated predictive models that inform decisions and strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with large datasets. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science• Ability to use statistical programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, and SQL• Experience in data analysis and developing predictive models • Familiarity with insurance regulations and actuarial principles • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret extensive datasets to develop sophisticated predictive models.

- Monitor and provide reports on data analysis and predictive models.
- Make recommendations for improvement of data analysis and predictive modeling processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
