
Database Coordinator
Develops data collection instruments, utilizes instruments and methods for the evaluation and quality control of operational data. Collects, analyzes, interprets and summarizes data in preparation to generate statistical and analytical reports, including constructing dashboards. Assigns Salesforce licenses to new staff, includes user profile and security settings, as well as, assists with user maintenance for clients. Ensures the systems data integrity by continuously conducting data scrubs. Maintains appropriate records and reporting for future audits.
3 years’ relevant experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (SAC) required
Familiarity with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), a plus.
