We are looking for a Lead Specialist - Commercial Collections to join our team and help us meet our clients’ financial goals.The Lead Specialist - Commercial Collections will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our commercial collections department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a successful, growing team.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years’ experience in a finance-related role and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently. If you are a dynamic, driven self-starter with a passion for helping our clients reach their financial objectives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the commercial collections department.
  2. Ensure the department is adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase collections efficiency.
  4. Monitor and assess performance of staff members.
  5. Research and resolve any customer payment disputes.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.
  7. Maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare and analyze performance reports.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
