Director Real Estate Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate finance operations.
2. Analyze financial and legal documents related to real estate investments.
3. Negotiate and manage loan agreements and other financing documents.
4. Monitor and analyze financial trends to ensure compliance with bank regulations.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to teams within the department.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, banks, and other stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
8. Manage budgets and forecasts for the department.
9. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
