
Customer Service Manager
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the National Bank of Canada team! The ideal candidate will bring a range of skills to the role, combining excellent customer service with strong organizational abilities, and a passion for problem solving.The successful applicant will be an empathetic and patient individual, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They’ll have a proven track record of leading and developing customer service teams, and an eye for detail when it comes to quality assurance.To be considered for the role, you’ll need at least seven years of customer service experience, ideally in a banking or financial services environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor and assess customer service performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service.
- Train and coach customer service team members on customer service best practices.
- Liaise with other departments and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service.
- Monitor customer service trends to stay ahead of customer service needs.
- Create customer service reports to present to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
