Accounting Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, and other accounting documents.
2. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile financial records.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Ensure accuracy of data entry and reporting.
5. Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
6. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
7. Assist with audits, tax returns and related projects.
8. Develop and maintain accounting procedures and policies.
9. Provide administrative support as needed.
10. Participate in special projects and assignments as requested.
