Accounting Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions and preparing financial statements.
2. Maintain accurate records and files.
3. Analyze and reconcile accounts.
4. Prepare reports and financial statements using financial software such as QuickBooks.
5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and other financial planning activities.
6. Monitor cash flows and ensure timely payments.
7. Support external auditors and respond to inquiries.
8. Track and reconcile expenses.
9. Supporting other accounting teams and projects as assigned.
10. Adhere to accounting principles, standards and best practices.
