- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with production equipment, and implement effective solutions.
- Install, calibrate, and program new equipment to meet production needs.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems and controls to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as any relevant equipment documentation.
- Train and mentor other team members on proper electrical maintenance and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve production processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on electrical systems and equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to quality control standards, production schedules, and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly store tools and equipment after use.
- Adhere to all company and regulatory guidelines for proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Work with outside contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement long-term electrical maintenance plans and strategies.
Extensive Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Equipment: A Manufacturing Electrician At Naked Juice Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Electrical Principles, Wiring Diagrams, And Blueprints To Troubleshoot And Maintain Complex Electrical Systems In The Production Facility.
Experience With Industrial Machinery And Equipment: The Job Requires Experience With A Wide Variety Of Industrial Equipment Such As Motors, Switches, Sensors, And Control Panels. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Repairing And Maintaining These Devices To Ensure Continuous Production.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Documents: Manufacturing Electricians Must Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, And Diagrams To Understand The Operation And Maintenance Of Various Electrical Systems. This Skill Is Crucial For Identifying And Resolving Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations: Safety Is A Top Priority In A Manufacturing Environment, And Electricians Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations To Ensure Compliance.
