4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to promote their professional growth.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
8. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, and address any workplace issues or concerns.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
10. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop succession plans.
11. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
12. Manage and track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve the company's HR processes and policies.
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
15. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and management on all HR-related matters.
