Welcome to Naked Juice, a leading manufacturer of premium, all-natural juices and smoothies. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. As our E&I Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems in our production facility. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.   1. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems in the production facility.
  2. Ensure all electrical and instrumentation systems are functioning properly and efficiently to meet production demands.
  3. Supervise and train a team of technicians in performing electrical and instrumentation tasks.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all systems are kept in optimal condition.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute equipment upgrades and installations.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing electrical and instrumentation tasks.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies to continually improve processes and equipment.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment as needed.
  11. Communicate and coordinate with external contractors for larger-scale projects and repairs.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise and job performance.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Electrical And Instrumentation Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Instrumentation Systems, Including Control Systems, Process Instrumentation, And Automated Systems.

  • Experience In A Supervisory Role: Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Managing A Team Of Technicians Or Engineers, Is Essential For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing A Team.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: The Ability To Quickly Identify And Troubleshoot Issues With Electrical And Instrumentation Systems Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Effectively Solve Problems Under Pressure.

  • Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations: As The Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Safety Of The Team And Compliance With All Relevant Regulations. A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Is Therefore Essential.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects Related To Electrical And Instrumentation Systems, Such As Upgrades, Installations, And Maintenance. Strong Project Management Skills Are Necessary To Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
