  1. Design, develop, and maintain automation control systems for production processes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment and systems are operating correctly and safely.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, including schematics, manuals, and operating procedures.
  6. Stay current with industry advancements and technologies in automation and controls engineering to continually improve processes and systems.
  7. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs of automation equipment.
  8. Develop and implement training programs to educate production staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase necessary automation equipment and components.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in regards to automation systems.
  11. Monitor and analyze data from automation systems to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  12. Participate in project planning and budgeting for new automation projects.
  13. Communicate with leadership to provide updates on automation projects and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Automation Controls Engineering, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Plc Programming, Hmi Design, And Industrial Communication Protocols.

  • Experience With Automation Control Systems Such As Allen Bradley, Siemens, And Wonderware.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
