Job Description

At Morgan Stanley Private Credit, we are creating a team of highly-driven and motivated professionals to help drive our success. We are looking for a Private Credit Associate to join our team and support the execution of transactions and portfolio management activities.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Private Credit industry, strong financial analysis skills, and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. This person should be a self-starter, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in the Private Credit industry. Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry trends is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the Private Credit industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  2. Utilize financial modeling, valuation techniques and other analytical tools to assess transactions and portfolio management activities.
  3. Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
  4. Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing updates to the team.
  5. Analyze and identify potential opportunities in the Private Credit industry.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  7. Prepare presentations and other materials for internal and external meetings.
  8. Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
