As a Key Holder, you will be a critical part of our team, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of an iconic luxury brand.

Responsibilities of a Key Holder at Montblanc:

  1. Ensure the store is organized and neat, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  2. Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
  3. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  5. Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  6. Assist with training and development of new staff.
  7. Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of merchandise.
  8. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on building relationships and driving sales.
  9. Monitor security within the store and take necessary action when needed.
  10. Monitor cash registers and ensure accuracy of transactions.
