Alterations Tailor

Monique Lhuillier Inc is seeking an experienced and passionate Alterations Tailor to join our design team. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to bring their unique skillset to our organization. As an Alterations Tailor, you will be responsible for ensuring our garments fit perfectly on our customers and for providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in alterations and tailoring, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for our brand. The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is critical. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can work with our customers to create a unique experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential to this role. 1. Perform alterations on garments to ensure perfect fit for customers
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Utilize a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when altering garments

5. Maintain and promote the brand image of Monique Lhuillier Inc
6. Communicate effectively with customers and staff
7. Maintain and update knowledge of current trends in alterations and tailoring
8. Uphold safety procedures and regulations
9. Perform other related duties as assigned
