  1. Maintain and improve the availability, performance, and scalability of our systems to ensure seamless and reliable services for our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, quickly identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline system administration tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  5. Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and proactively implement preventive measures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into our systems.
  7. Work closely with software development teams to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and error handling strategies are in place.
  8. Participate in the planning and implementation of disaster recovery procedures and perform regular drills to ensure readiness.
  9. Create and maintain accurate documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.
  10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency, performance, and scalability of our systems.
  11. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  12. Adhere to security protocols and ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and reports on system performance and status.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
  15. Embrace a diverse and inclusive work environment and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A High-Traffic, Global Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Expertise In Automation And Configuration Management Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef.

  • Experience With Monitoring And Logging Tools Such As Prometheus, Grafana, And Splunk.
