- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to effectively support and assist customers.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical customers.
- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
