  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all MoneyGram International customers.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions.
  3. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to effectively support and assist customers.
  4. Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical customers.
  5. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  7. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technology and software updates.
  8. Act as a liaison between the customer and other technical teams within the company.
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  12. Adhere to service level agreements and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  13. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience.
  14. Provide feedback and insights to management on customer pain points and potential areas for improvement.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge: A Service Desk Tech Rep Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Troubleshooting Techniques And Have Experience In Resolving Technical Issues.
