Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business processes and systems to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and data models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve and optimize the company's Salesforce platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and timelines.
In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In Salesforce Architecture, Design, And Implementation, With At Least 8 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Salesforce Projects From Inception To Completion, Including Integration With Other Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Ability To Translate Them Into Effective Salesforce Solutions To Meet Business Requirements.
Extensive Experience With Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, And Other Salesforce Tools And Technologies.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
